CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy: We understand that life can be unpredictable and plans may change unexpectedly. However, in order to respect the time of our business and other clients, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, a 50% charge of the service cost will be applied. In the event of a no-show without any prior notice (no call or text), 100% of the service cost will be charged.
